Obituary: Ronald Franklin Johnson

Ronald "Ronnie" Franklin Johnson, 57, of Jefferson City, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2018, at his home. He was born December 12, 1960, in Denver, Colorado, a son of Jim Johnson and Linda (Briley) Treacle. He graduated high school in Bolivar, Missouri. Ronnie worked in construction, building houses, and also laid carpet while he owned and operated his own carpet company. He enjoyed building things, and working on cars was always very important to him. Ronnie is survived by his mother: Linda Treacle of Jefferson City; four children: Dale Herzing and his children Makenzie and Brayden Herzing of the State of Florida; Julie Gerlach (husband Mark) and their children Taylor and Landon Gerlach, Lindsay Duncan and her son Kohen, and Ronald J. "Johnny" Johnson (wife Katie) and their daughter Haven, all of Jefferson City; one brother: Jim Salter (wife Chrissy) of Jefferson City; and one sister: Debbie Bridgeman (husband Don) of Jackson, Mo. Ronnie was preceded in death by his father: Jim Johnson. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 9, 2018, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home, with Fr.
