Barn Party gets Colorado two-steppin’ for a cause

DENVER – ‘Tis the season for Colorado’s best charity events – so you better get your cowboy boots ready because The Barn Party presented by Budweiser is coming up fast!

If you feel like you just hung up your Derby Party hat, you’re not alone. But what’s better than transitioning from pastels and florals to your best denim and plaid?

The Barn Party is just that – a giant party thrown inside the barns at Littleton’s Polo Reserve. It started as a kick-off celebration to the Denver Polo Classic presented by Schomp BMW held in June, but it has become a must-attend event in itself, selling out over the past two years.

The Denver Active 20-30 Children’s Foundation hosts the event, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping underprivileged children in Colorado through fundraising events and community service projects.

All of the proceeds from the Barn Party help raise money for Denver Active 20-30 Children’s Foundation. Since it started in 1987, the organization has raised over $10 million.

This year’s party starts on Saturday, May 20th at 6:30 p.m.

With a Barn Party ticket you’ll get access to an open bar, an all-you-can-eat BBQ buffet, mechanical bull riding, blackjack and a night full of dancing to Country singers like Michael Ray.

There are still general admission tickets available, so visit for more information.
